In 2020, Action Against Hunger worked in 46 countries across Africa, the Americas, Asia and Europe.
Out of the 820 projects we carried out, nearly half of them included components in one of the following areas:
- health and nutrition
- water, sanitation and hygiene
- food security and livelihoods
- food assistance
- care practices
- mental health
- disaster risk reduction
- advocacy
The number of projects we manage also increased by 18% compared to 2019.
